About me

I design for the systems enterprise call centers run on.

Currently, I focus on the customer-facing admin settings of an AI-powered voice analytics and CTI platform, after spending my first two years on the platform’s core CTI feature development.

My work sits at the intersection of complex systems and everyday usability: redesigning how administrators configure enterprise call flows, rebuilding the design foundation behind a 100-page admin product, and pushing past the traditional design/engineering handoff by shipping frontend code myself. I look for the problems no one’s assigned yet, ground decisions in real usage data over instinct, and make the trade-offs explicit rather than pretending every solution is win-win.

Before design, I spent years in engineering, sales, and global operations — experience that shows up now in how I work with engineers and how I read a business problem, not just a screen.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time in museums and wandering cities looking at buildings — it’s where a lot of my sense for form and space actually comes from.
